Choose to use your cards at any Lykins location in the U.S. and/or at any authorized maintenance provider who accepts the Lykins Fleet Card. (Refer to location list for a list of accepting providers.)

Invoices
Invoices are available online for customers who request this service in their user profile. Fleet Managers can even set a flag to receive an email notification when an invoice is available.
Management Reports
Management reports provide company-wide information, such as the overall credit balance for your company and fuel transactions for all company vehicles. These reports are generated automatically and are available online for customers who request access.
Data Reports
Customer transaction data is used to produce invoices and management reports. Data Reports contain more information than the actual management or invoice reports. The data can also be downloaded into fleet management software.
Report Builder
This tool allows you to generate reports containing recent account cardholder activity. You can define the level of detail you need from each report (for example, activity for all cardholders vs. a specific cardholder).

Rebates
- Earn rebates based on number of gallons of gasoline purchased at all Lykins BP branded locations.

Rebates may not be allowed where prohibited by law and apply only to fuel purchases made at participating BP branded locations in the U.S. Rebates are not offered on purchases at ARCO locations. Monthly gallons for gasoline and diesel are totaled separately.
